    As key project milestones approach and are achieved, SCT facilitates individual conversations with each workstream owner to level set on progress, ensure appropriate quality of deliverables, and that plans for the upcoming phases are well thought through – including template preparations for key deliverables and adequate staffing requirements identified for the use cases and scenarios to be implemented.
